This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Northwest Paddleboarding. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for
Classes: Northwest Paddleboarding requires 24 hours notice for cancellation of a class. Please notify us by phone or email. Same day cancellations will be considered a no-show, and registration fees will be forfeited. No refunds on gift certificates.

Apparel and accessories: If merchandise has defect or flaw, please notify Northwest Paddleboarding immediately by phone 509-378-1469 or email krista@northwestpaddleboarding.com. Refunds will be issued for clothing if returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Paddleboards that have not been used can be returned within 1 week but will be charged a $50 restocking fee. Used paddleboards, anchors, and ankle leashes cannot be returned.
We ship only in the US. Once order is placed it will be shipped w/in 5 bus days unless back ordered, no later than 7-14 bus days for receipt after ordered.
We use FEDEX/UPS/standard mail.
