We may cancel class due to bad weather and give the option for you to reschedule or be refunded in full. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

INTRO TO SUP (STAND-UP PADDLEBOARDING) Ages 12+
Learn the basics of stand-up paddle boarding in a fun group setting. This 60 minute class is an exciting way to get your exercise and vitamin D for the day.  We start on dry land teaching correct paddle height and hand placement, equipment overview, kneeling and standing on a board, as well as water safety, and SUP etiquette. We then move to the water and learn how to safely get on and off the board. We will cover proper standing technique, paddling technique, turning the board, maneuvering over small waves, and self rescue techniques. Appropriate for all experience and fitness levels. All equipment is provided. Lessons are 60 minutes long. Per person: $49 Register for Class

 SUP YOGA: Ages 12+
Let the board be your yoga mat. There is no better way to connect with nature and to truly find yourself in the present moment. Starting with a brief introduction to paddling we will get on the water and paddle to a designated location where we will anchor down and have class. Our SUP yoga class is designed to help increase your core stability, improve your balance and keep you on your board (though you are free to fall in if you please!). Nurture yourself with our relaxing, beginner level yoga sequence focusing on breath, body awareness, and alignment. This is the most stress relieving yoga practice you will ever experience. Ending with a final relaxation, we feel the connection to nature and our surroundings. All equipment is provided, including our very stable 35″ wide / 10′ long Lotus Yoga Paddleboard (larger than a yoga mat). When signing up, be sure to choose Sunrise SUP Yoga (Two Rivers) or Sunset SUP Yoga (Columbia Point) Class is 60 minutes long. Per person: $49 Register for Class

SUP YOGA SPLASH: Ages 12+
Grab your swimsuit! In this class we will dive into more challenging postures than our sunrise/sunset sup yoga classes. Come prepared to fall in and have some fun! We will start by guiding you into standing postures including warrior variations, triangle, tree and dancers pose then we will attempt some poses like crow, wheel, headstand and some other arm balances.
This class will take place at Two Rivers park, free from wake and current. Per person: $49

Moonlight Paddle: Ages 12+
Our Intro to SUP lesson is recommended to participate in this class. Discover another world as we venture out to the water after dark. Using our LED lighted “Torch” paddles we will explore the calm, quiet river. We will launch from a location guarded from wake and boats to safely discover what nature offers after the sun sets. We will be located at our Columbia Point Marina location, launching from the boat dock. We encourage you to come fully clothed to avoid any mosquito bites. $49 per person. 60 min class Register for class
SUP School: (3-week program for ages 10-15)
We will meet once a week for 3 weeks at Two Rivers Park in Finley. We cover water safety, equipment overview, and the basics of sup in the first week. Week 2 we follow with different paddle techniques using relay races and obstacles to challenge coordination. Week 3 we will perfect stroke technique and work on the pivot turn. Kneeling and standing on a board, paddle techniques for forward and turning strokes, and some fun tricks like rocking the board and walking along the board will all be practiced to keep the kids moving and having fun.

PRIVATE SUP LESSON:
60 minute class of your choice.
If you would like individual attention learning any of our classes at a pre-scheduled time feel free to contact us so we can work out the details. This is a great way for parents who want to share the experience with a child under the age of 12. First person:$89 second person: $49

PRIVATE GROUP SUP LESSON:
This a great option for those of you who are not able to make it to our regular scheduled classes. Get a group of friends or family members and schedule a time and place that works for you. With a minimum of 3 and a max of 6 you will be charged our regular rate of $49 per person. To schedule please call 509-378-1469

Private Group SUP Rental:
Join us with friends and family or let us host your next corporate event. We offer a 2 hour private group rental, including a fleet of 5+ paddleboards, equipment and on land instruction. Time, day, and location of your choice!
Group rate starting at: $200.00 ($40 per person) To schedule please call 509-378-1469

SUP Rentals:

Rental by reservation. We will drop off and pick-up paddleboards for you to use during a 2 hour minimum time frame. Two paddleboard minimum, it is always safer to go with a friend. $50 for 2 hours per board or $75 for the day. $10 discount given if you’ve taken our intro to paddleboarding lesson.
